How do I return an item purchased online?  (Retail)

If you are not completely satisfied with your Unique Batik purchase or gift and wish to return it, please return the package within 60 days. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address: 

        Unique Batik
        705 Georgetown Rd.
        Raleigh, NC 27608

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to the card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. If the item was a gift, or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be given as a Unique Batik store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item purchased online for another item?

If you'd prefer to exchange your item rather than return it, please email us at hello@uniquebatik.com. Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the unwanted item to the following address:

Once we receive the original item, we will send out the exchange. If the original item was more expensive than the exchange, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original transaction for the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my purchased item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible. Please email us at hello@uniquebatik.com or call us at 919-856-0448 for assistance with your damage claim.
