SHIPPING INFORMATION

Retail Shipping

  • Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States.
  • Free shipping: Free shipping on retail orders over $50, excluding taxes and fees. 
  • Orders under $50: Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Processing time: Orders typically ship within 1 business day.
  • Delivery time: Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after shipment.
  • Carriers: We ship via USPS and FedEx.
  • Tracking: Tracking is provided.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Retail Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Unique Batik purchase or gift, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return eligibility and condition

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and in original packaging (when applicable).
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

How to return (step by step)

  1. Package your item securely and include your order number or receipt (if available).
  2. Ship your return using the carrier most convenient for you to:

  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping and fees

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cost of the item (including taxes).
  • If the item was a gift, or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be issued as Unique Batik store credit.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Retail Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange an item rather than return it, please email [email protected] to confirm availability and next steps. Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder.

Exchange process

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to exchange for.
  2. Ship the unwanted item to:

  3. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the exchange item.

Pricing differences

  • If the original item was more expensive than the exchange, we will refund the difference to the original payment method.

Exchange shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer.
  • Shipping for the replacement item is charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help quickly.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if available)
  • A short description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or other solution.

Wholesale Returns

Wholesale customers may return eligible items within 60 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Ship returns to:

Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a credit to your wholesale account for the cost of the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
