These embroidered pieces will add color to any table or wall. They are finely hand woven in the town of Zalcualpa Guatemala. The flower pattern is drawn on the fabric The artisan then embroiders on top of the fabric using a color palate of thread, changing shades of colors much the way a painter does, to get the beautiful color combination you see.
